The cut pins are placed in a vice and ground down with a course
grinder, a medium sander and finally a fine sander.  The boards
have a final sanding and are ready for the drill press.
Now the 'boring' part - drilling all the holes and countersinking them.
The finished products!
The last chore is taking the finished products to my friend Frank Devonshire.  
He engraves the back of each piece with a laser.
A) Feeding the computer information for the laser.
B) Placing the piece in the laser.
C) The bright lights you see is the laser burning my logo into the wood.
D) Voila, the piece is complete!
